Ari Botsford

Writer | Producer

Chef and writer Ari Botsford offers experience in both media savvy and culinary arts. Raised on an Ozarks farm, she became a New York food pioneer by helping launch restaurants like Dig Inn, 61 Local, and Bond & Taylor. Her cooking interweaves Southern heritage ingredients with global spices and flavors from the Middle East.

Ari has grown rare heirloom vegetables for a 4-star hotel rooftop and developed gut-healthy recipes for the Dig Inn restaurant chain. She’s also personally cooked pasture-raised meats from Fleisher’s for renowned authors and champion athletes during her stint as a private chef.

Formally trained at the Institute of Culinary Education after studies in Sociology and Media, Ari is now a garden-to-table creative consultant. Her writing and recipes spotlight the seasons’ freshest produce paired with vibrant global flavors. With chops as both a refined chef and engaging storyteller, she connects people to food’s origins and future possibilities.
