With over 30 years of film industry experience, Kathryn has specialised in location scouting and management on feature films, television series, tv commercials and producing for reality television. Her credits include Swinging Safari, Nautilus, Apples Never Fall, At Last, and The Amazing Race Australia.

Kathryn provided freelance location services to Screen Queensland over several years prior to stepping inside the state screen agency between 2019 – 2022 to manage the locations portfolio. She successfully showcased Queensland’s diverse topography, architecture, towns and cityscapes through marketing campaigns, location presentations, co-hosted inbound scouts and familiarisation tours to inspire Producers and to attract productions to Queensland.

Drawing upon her extensive experience, Kathryn can visualise the universe depicted within the script and provide real world options as a canvas and framework to support the world building of amazing storytelling. Blending the creative with the practical, Kathryn will manage the delicate balance required when juggling location filming whether it be in downtown cities, deserts, beaches, or rainforests. She has collaborated with local and international production companies and studios, such as Disney+, Netflix, Warner Bros and See Pictures.
