Executive Producer

Swapna’s filmography of over 20 films as Executive Producer includes top-grosser Bollywood mega-starrers such as “Ra One” and “Housefull 1 & 2”, as well as Canadian art house features “Cooking with Stella” and “Heaven on Earth.” As Founder-Director of Hobo Pictures Ltd, London, Swapna turned producer in 2010 with “One… Nenokkadine” and “David” for global Indian audiences. Swapna has also been focussing on IP development with Hobo Interactive. Their first game “Bot Rods”, jointly produced with partner studios, and the Gold medal winner at the Big Indie Pitch 2020, slated for release for the end of 2024.

Swapna David is currently producing ‘Kira’ a powerful, history-based feature project with Mike Medavoy and Ben Anderson of Phoenix Pictures (Black Swan, Shutter Island, The Thin Red Line), and is in development of “Camp Cropper”, a web-series set in the Middle-East, and the Hindi language feature “Baga Boys”.

Earlier last year, Swapna expanded her arena and set up Hobo Pictures Asia in Singapore, and is currently developing content for the Asia-Pacific region with producing partners in Australia and Indonesia.
